PAYMENT All consumer sales through this website are final. Payment by credit card is due at time of purchase, using the online order system and electronic shopping cart for checkout.

SALES TAX State sales tax is added to Tennessee resident orders.

TN Sales Tax: Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. Tennessee State Tax of 9.25% will be applied to all orders during checkout. These charges are at the customers’ own expense. Sales tax is applicable to all shipped orders. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Shipping There is a $15 Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping fee. All products are made fresh to order and this ensures quick delivery times.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Please list a valid email and phone number when ordering. All contact information provided will be used to send out tracking information.

Product Instructions: Due to limited staff, all directions for Victorious Apothecary products are listed under the product(s) description on the Victorious Apothecary website https://victoriousapothecary.com/shop/ Simply, click on the product that you ordered to read directions and reviews.
Please keep your confirmation email as a digital receipt. This ensures the customer will know how to use the product and this will save on manpower and other precious recourses. Trying to save the planet by making simple adjustments. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your continued patronage. RETURNS/Exchanges Returns are not prohibited, but exchanges are allowed. Except for a defective product(s), there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

WARRANTY Victorious Apothecary warrants that the goods supplied under this invoice (the “goods”) shall conform to the description stated on the invoice. The foregoing warranty is Victorious Apothecary’s sole warranty with respect to these goods. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Victorious Apothecary’s liability for breach of warranty hereunder is limited solely to the replacement of the defective goods, which shall be returned to Victorious Apothecary’s plant, transportation charges prepaid by buyer; and the failure to give notice of a warranty claim within thirty (30) days from date of delivery shall constitute a waiver by buyer of all claims in respect to such goods. The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of buyer and the sole liability of Victorious Apothecary under this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Victorious Apothecary’s liability to buyer, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed in any case the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by buyer and under no circumstances shall Victorious Apothecary be liable for special, in direct or consequential damages.

SHIPMENT Shipping is free on orders over $100. Shipping and handling charges apply to orders under $100. Free standard shipping (within the continental US) on orders over $100, before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged for standard ground shipping & handling. Please allow 3 weeks for orders to be shipped. If it will take longer than 3 weeks to get your order shipped out we will contact via email and telephone based on what information is provided when placing the order to see if you would like to cancel the order OR still receive the order and be compensated for your wait. If the customer is unable to be reached the order will ship out as soon as possible and the customer will be compensated for their wait time.

GOVERNING LAW The parties agree that the validity, interpretation and performance of any agreement arising out of this transaction shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflicts of interest laws.
