EXCHANGE POLICY We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• An “Exchange” is considered where an item is defective/damaged upon arrival. The same item or another item can be shipped out to make up for the defective/damaged item, but the customer will have to pay the shipping costs. • We accept exchanges on items purchased victoriousapothecary.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase. • Send an email to victorious.apothecary@gmail.com including a picture of the defective or damaged item(s), receipt/invoice/order confirmation email, and list if you would like the same item(s) or item(s) of equal value. Please include your telephone number so that the owner can call and update you about the exchange. Pictures must show that item was defective upon arrival and has not been used. An exchange is not guaranteed when an email is sent to victorious.apothecary@gmail.com. Again, Victorious Apothecary has exceptional and professional customer service and will be more than happy to address and rectify the grievance within reason.
